How long will my order take?

All products are handmade to order. We currently have a 2 week production time frame, after which your products will ship to you! Once your order is completed and shipped to you, you will receive a shipment confirmation email. Please email info@ramblergoods.com if you would like an update on your orders completion status.

Where are Rambler products made?

Every product is handmade by Drew on STOLCEL, the indigenous placename of San Juan Island, Washington. Tucked in the farthest Northwest corner of Turtle Island, what most call North America, in a small workshop between towering pine trees.

Where does Rambler Goods source materials?

All leather we use is sourced from tanneries in the USA. We focus on bovine hides that are by-products of the meat industry to help reduce waste. All hardware and other notions are also sourced from the companies in the USA.

What is the warranty policy on Rambler goods?

We offer a lifetime warranty on all our products, reflecting our confidence in their craftsmanship and durability. This warranty covers defects and issues arising from normal use, within reason of the circumstances that may have caused damage. What is Rambler's return policy?

Returns must be initiated within 2 weeks of receiving your order. Please email info@ramblergoods.com to begin your return process. All returns must be in new, unused condition. Please reuse the original shipping materials when sending your order back to us. For gift orders, please reach out and we can discuss exceptions to this timeline.

Exchanges must be initiated within 2 weeks of receiving your order. Please email info@ramblergoods.com to start your exchange.

Can I return a custom item?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for a full refund on custom orders. Due to the time spent crafting a custom piece and the inability to resell it, we only offer store credit. Please contact us at info@ramblergoods.com within 1 week of receiving your order. We are happy to work with you to ensure you get exactly what your heart desires.
